WHO AM I TO TALK?
I am a Relationship and Recovery Coach with a unique background...
I trained in Attachment Repair with Dan Brown of Harvard Medical School, was apprenticed to Renowned Neo Tantra Teacher Dawn Cartwright, and am a Certified Professional Coach, Interventionist and Recovery Coach.
I have 10 Years of experience coaching one brave woman after another around Relationships & Recovery. I am known for my work with high-performing individuals, including Oscar-winning actors, business pioneers, and multiple Grammy-winning musicians.
And I have published and Performed for The LA Times, In The Rooms, The Fix, She Recovers, International Conference on Addiction and Associated Disorders, National Association for Poetry Therapy, HBO, NBC, and the Hollywood Fringe Festival.
But more importantly, I am a woman who has struggled to love and be loved. I was single for 12 long years and dealt with one toxic a-hole after another. It took me a long time to really understand why I kept getting sucked in by these guys and see it for what it was. I get it. And I do what I do now so that you don't have to suffer like I did!
